Our aim at sweettemptation is to get your goods to you as fast as possible. We ship goods the Same Day if your order is received Monday to Friday before 3pm - guaranteed. We use Royal Mail and generally find that Royal Mail take 1-4 days.

Sweettemptation.co.uk always treat your order and any enquiries with the utmost discretion. All goods are dispatched in plain packaging and with no indication on the outside as to the contents.

Returning faulty and unwanted goods. Conditions of returns
Goods MUST BE UNUSED (under no circumstances will we accept used goods due to their nature)

Goods must be in their original condition & packaging
Goods must be received by us within 14 days of when you placed your order.

If the above conditions have not been met or we suspect the goods have been used we reserve the right to return the goods to you without notice. Any goods that are supplied in sealed packaging that has been opened or any items of lingerie are non refundable or exchangeable.

All goods returned to us as unclaimed from the Royal Mail will be subject to a reshipping charge. £3.50 Recorded Delivery & £7.50 Next Day Delivery.
